Starting out in the Fitness Industry at 19 years old, I didn't know where to begin. It was very daunting and there was very little support. There were no business coaches, or online learning programs.. heck there wasn't even "online"!
So, by working side by side with some of the best in the business, I gained the confidence to start my first PT business at age 21 when I graduated Uni. I then opened my first Fitness Studio at age 24, (which I owned for 21 years, then sold) started a Corporate Health Company at age 28 (and sold it age 32) , and have been Coaching Fitness Professionals since I was 35.
Along the way, I spent a lot of time and money developing the framework that successfully systemized & scaled my businesses, which in turn freed up my time to do what I love... help other Fitness Professionals build profitable businesses.
